"I am so grateful for the Kriya yoga class taught by Emily at Be Moved. I had been curious about yoga for a while, and was super nervous to attend a class. Emily is very kind, and her calmness put my nerves at ease. Her enthusiasm, expertise, clear instruction, and gentle guidance helped me to focus on my postures and movements. At the end of that first class, I left the studio feeling more connected to my body than I had been in a long time. I wanted to experience more of that, and have since attended several of the Kriya yoga classes and workshops, never disappointed. I often arrive to class feeling like I am in pieces, and I always leave feeling more whole. It has motivated me to practice at home between classes, which has benefited my body.
